Conferences: Conferences and Meetings of Interest This space is provided at no cost to individuals or groups who conduct conferences or meetings. Many of these conferences and meetings are not subject to review, and the CFIDS Association of America assumes no responsibility for the information provided. This information is provided as a public service. OFFER 2010 Conference for Healthcare Providers and Patients The Healthcare Provider Conference The Patient Conference Everyone is invited to attend both the Healthcare Provider's Conference and the Patient's Conference. If you choose to attend both conferences, it will be necessary to pay the $30.00 registration fee to attend the Healthcare Provider's Conference and the $20.00 fee for the patient's conference. You can register on-line or by mail. Volunteers are needed to assist with the conference. If you would like to volunteer, please click here. Over the past several years, OFFER has conducted conferences to educate both Healthcare Providers, Patients, caregivers and others interested in learning more about these debilitating illnesses. This link will guide you to some of the presentations made during previous conferences. We hope you will find these presentations helpful, and that you'll make a donation to OFFER so that we can continue to provide the Conferences for the those able to attend and provide recordings for those unable to attend.
