Frequently Asked Questions

What size are the cards?
Each card is standard size, measuring 5.5” x 7.75.” Cards are shipped with an equal number of plain white mailing envelopes.

How do I place my order?
You can order your cards online, safely and securely, through the Association’s Web site, call our Resource Line at 704-365-2343, or send an e-mail to cfidslink@cfids.org subject line "seasonal cards."

When will my order be shipped?
Cards will begin mailing after November 11. Orders received Sunday through Wednesday will be processed and shipped the day after they are received. Orders received Thursday through Saturday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders will ship via the US Postal Service. Standard shipping and handling charges apply. Rush delivery is available in the continental U.S. for an additional $8.50 (2nd day delivery) or $15.00 (next day delivery).

Is my seasonal card order considered a donation?
60% of the purchase price of every set of cards is tax-deductible. The CFIDS Association of America is the nation’s leading 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to conquering CFS. Thank you for supporting our organization and our efforts to speed improved health to people suffering from CFS.

Can I order cards for myself and also ship cards as gifts to different addresses?
Yes. However, orders which need to be shipped to multiple mailing addresses must be made through our Resource Line. Call 704-365-2343.
