The CFIDS Association is committed to providing relevant, up-to-date information about CFIDS. The CFIDS Chronicle is widely regarded as the most comprehensive CFIDS print publication available. It contains treatment articles, coping tips, public policy and media reports, personal stories and a wealth of information vital to people living with CFIDS.

The CFS Research Review provides the medical and patient communities the latest in CFIDS science. It is broadly distributed to health care providers, allied health professionals, academic researchers, government scientists and Association members.
