The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has released its report "Defining and Managing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome." This report was the subject of a September 19, 2001 JAMA article that was met with controversy (see http://www.cfids.org/advocacy/c-act_09192001.asp).

It is available as a "zipped" series of files on the web page
