Let CDC Know the Status Quo Isn't Good Enough!

On Friday we posted the CFIDS Association's detailed response (http://www.cfids.org/temp/research-plan-response.pdf) to CDC's 5-year research plan and invited the entire community to share individual input on the plan, as CDC has requested.

Since Friday afternoon, more than 430 people have used our easy letter template to write CDC. If you haven't yet done so, we urge you to take just two minutes to send your response to CDC. Find our action alert at http://www.cfids.org/temp/research-plan-response.pdf. Or, you can write directly to CDC at SolveCFS@cfids.org.

As advocates, as taxpayers, we cannot allow this wasteful plan to form the blueprint for $20 million in spending through 2013. It is doomed to extend the wait for better diagnostics and treatments for CFS.
