Virtual Lobby Day Action #3

The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) has supported the first national public awareness campaign for CFS, helping generate more than 1,200 positive media articles about the severe and disabling nature of CFS and its impact on the individual, the family and the nation. CDC's research group has reported many important findings about CFS that underscore its high prevalence, its severity and its biological basis. Continued funding for these initiatives must be supported by the CDC leadership. Please write to Dr. Julie Gerberding, director of the CDC, to express your support for their continuation.

Since the May 11 launch of VIrtual Lobby Day, 2128 have been sent through the Association's Grassroots Action Center to lawmakers, public health officials like Dr. Gerberding, and media contacts. Let's generate even more impact! Send your messages today!
